Co-owned by Chris and Yesenia Miller, we bring over 21 years of collective experience in the construction industry to every project we undertake. Our locally owned and operated business prides itself on its highly skilled, dedicated team, committed to delivering outstanding results. Premier Restoration & Remodel, Inc. was established in September 2010, following a pivotal transition from our previous identity as First General Fire & Flood Restoration, Inc., founded by Tim and Kathy Jeter in 2002. In 2010, faced with a shift in the franchise model of our previous affiliation, Tim and Kathy chose to embrace a more independent path, leading to the creation of our current company. This decision allowed us to remain fully local and deeply connected to the community we serve. Chris Miller, who has been with the company since 2006, has held various roles including carpenter, estimator, and project manager. His extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping the company's success. In 2021, Chris and Yesenia became co-owners, and in 2024, they took full ownership, continuing the legacy of excellence and personalized service.
